Vago

With no visible signs, finding Vago is a matter of word-of-mouth and following friends who know Lisbon’s night.
Good snacks, signed cocktails and from the DJ console comes rhythms of House, Techno, Electronics, Funaná, Semba, Zouk or Afrobeat, which extend until 2 in the morning.

Jamaica

One of the most iconic nightclubs in Lisbon. Recently reopened in a new location, after a couple of years closed due to pandemic. The new location is now in front of the river and the main entrance is shared with Tokyo, another icon of Lisbon´s nightlife.
All the rock, pop and reggae hits combined for a memorable night out.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 11pm to 4am.

Tokyo

Lounge

Cool bar with reasonable prices. There’s a Dj every night offering music from from all types of musical spectrum (electronic, rock, funk, disco, you name it!). Often there´s live concerts with all sorts of alternative bands.

Park Rooftop

Park Bar Lisbon is a trendy and urban rooftop bar, located on the 6th floor of a parking garage in Lisbon’s Barrio Alto area. Not the easiest place to find, you have to walk into the parking garage and locate the elevator and take it to the top floor. As a reward, you will enter a roof terrace where you get one of Lisbon’s best views, as well as a large set of classic cocktails at good prices, from both the indoor and outdoor bar. There is also the usual selection of beers and wines, sangria and some bar bites the terrace is also guested by different DJs.

Incognito

Located not far Bairro Alto, it opened in 1988 and was the first major alternative bar in Lisbon and continues to be quite famous for the fans of the 80´s and 90´s music. It is a bar/nightclub at closed doors, so the entrance is selective and on weekends it is common to have a queue in the street.

A Outra Cena

Alternative club space located in a former wine warehouse with a selection of Techno and House Music  where everyone can express themselves freely and without bias.

LUX

It’s still the most-talked about club in Lisbon – two dance floors, a rooftop terrace and a generally great line-up of DJs. The best time to get there is about 2am, and try not to be too messy at the door to make sure you get inside.

Musicbox

While small, this club is the biggest in Cais do Sodré, and is popular among locals and tourists alike. They host a wide variety of live acts – from rock to gangster rap – so take a look online before you go to make sure it’s something you’re into.
